Through a Capital Partnership with Orion Energy Partners
Conroe, Texas: Python Holdings, LLC (“Python”) has secured a $75 million commitment through a capital partnership with Orion Energy Partners (“Orion”).
The capital investment allows Python and its subsidiary, Patriot Power Group (“PPG Energy”), to initially acquire three 30-megawatt mobile gas turbines (the “Turbines”) which grow PPG Energy’s power generation portfolio and compliment PPG Energy’s existing service platform. PPG Energy will utilize the Turbines to provide power and associated services to a contracted customer.

Now that the Python and Orion partnership is fully in place, both parties intend to grow the power generation portfolio to support increasing demand for modular and semi-permanent power solutions.
