Matthew McFarlane

Matthew McFarlane serves as General Counsel and leads all firm activities related to originating, evaluating and structuring investment transactions as well as plays a leadership role in managing the firm and portfolio companies. Matthew has broad experience in managing both start-up and mature enterprises. He has spent the majority of his career as the executive of multiple companies and has a proven track record of successfully scaling businesses. As General Counsel he is responsible for all legal matters across the firm and its portfolio companies. Matt has a B.S. from Texas A&M University and J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
