Rob Udell is a seasoned financial and business executive with 20 years’ experience as a CFO and 30 years of financial experience. He has led acquisitions, divestitures and financings worth over $3 billion while working closely with public companies, private equity firms, family offices and large private companies. Rob has experience in a variety of industries including energy, real estate, insurance, automotive, not for profit and aviation. As CFO of both the CJJ Companies and JCLA Partners, Rob led such entities in monetizing investments in a variety of industries including energy, real estate and automotive. At the same time, he served as a senior executive and CFO of APR Energy. While at APR Energy, Rob led private equity, debt and SPAC transactions valued at over $2 billion. Prior to his time at APR Energy, Rob spent 10 years working in real estate for market leaders such as Lennar Homes and The St. Joe Company. Rob started his career working four years in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand serving clients in the insurance and not-for-profit industries.

Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. He earned a CPA in New York during his time working at Coopers & Lybrand. Rob has been married for 30 years and has two sons who make him proud every day. Rob enjoys spending his free time traveling, walking the beach and playing golf (having played Division I golf), pickleball and tennis.
